Location is great, you cannot beat the ocean right at your finger tips! Sea turtles are floating all day long next to the property. We loved being so close to great coffee shops and places to eat!!!

Great location right on the water. Exactly what we needed to enjoy Lahaina! Walk to a private beach. Snorkeling out front (lots of turtles!) and a short drive to other beaches.

Beautiful location right on the ocean. Spacious 1 bedroom, well equipped kitchen and community BBQ was great. Easy access to nearby beach and many turtles were hang around the retaining wall at high tide, be sure to peek over. No AC was completely fine in late June as the cross breeze from the trade winds were plenty to stay cool, and extra fans were perfect at night. The complex itself wasn’t overly busy during our visit, but you can tell it is a respectful building with quiet occupants. Also a perfect sunset viewing spot!

My fiancé and I stayed 2 weeks here and felt right at home! The view is what it’s all about! Saw dozens of sea turtles every single day and also a few sharks! Cooking in the kitchen looking out at the ocean is the stuff dreams are made of! And the complex is full of all kinds of beautiful plants and flowers! I’d recommend stopping on your way in for groceries, we placed a pick up order w Walmart before our flight and it was ready upon arriving! Also there is a Safeway pretty close by for anything forgotten! There was no staples there; coffee ,spices oil,baggies , foil ect….. so if your going to be making meals think your shopping list through!! Overall a wonderful stay in a beautiful place! Maui wowie!!

Worth every penny!! Unbelievable views!! The home was clean and we felt right at home. There was a minor issue with the plumbing but the host responded to my message and sent someone over within 5 minutes! Amazing service! This was such an amazing place to stay! Right next to the ocean, you can hear the waves as soon as you get out of your car. There’s also turtles that you might see – we saw some when we were at the beach as well as from the lanai while eating dinner one night! Not busy at all, so there was no noise from other people! Great value for being right on the ocean with wonderful views and direct beach access!! The only bummer was that China Boat Restaurant – right across the street from the condo – was closed during the duration of our stay. Rhett was wonderful with responding quickly to inquiries regarding local recommendations! Definitely will be staying here again in the future!

Nice apartment with fantastic view of the ocean. It has everything you need to a Beach vacation (untensils, brand new kitchen ppliances, basic cooking ingredients, towels, snorkeling gear, beach chairs & umbrella. The location is pretty convenient, walking distance to a couple of grocery stores and cafes. there is no air conditioning, but we didn’t miss it (there was a nice breeze). the only con I can think of is the sound of the ocean (in case you’re a light sleeper).

We had a wonderful time at Kahana Reef. The ocean front was as depicted in the images. We could see a turtle swimming close to shore regularly as well as the spouts of the last whales heading out. Rhett was very helpful with providing the local information that I sought out. We hope to return here!

Really great location and condo has everything you need. You can’t beat the view! Saw whales and turtles and seals right from the lanai. Snorkeling gear and the beach umbrellawas super nice to have. Rhett is very responsive. I noticed a couple discrepancies between the house manual on Airbnb and the email communications (eg checkout time, wifi info) but overall we had a really nice stay. Highly recommend.

I spent one amazing week at Kahana Reef. This is a fantastic location with breathtaking views and access to a beach, a pool, and snorkeling. The drive to restaurants and Napili and Kapalua bays is close and convenient. There are also good restaurants within walking distance. The condo itself is clean and well-appointed with a great little kitchen and comfortable living space. Rhett is friendly, communicative, and responsive. This is my third stay in one of his properties at Kahana Reef, and I will be back!

Me and my Husband came for our 20th anniversary. We loved the location and waking up to see the water. Sitting on the balcony watching the sunset around 6:40ish. Went for walk in the morning down the street. Quick drives to food, gas and grocery store safeway. Loved the view and place was clean. Would recommend and come back.
Had stuff available to play in the water. Didn’t get too hot in the house. Was perfect overall

Great location on 2nd floor corner unit and good condition gear included with the rent (boogie boards, beach chair and umbrella).
Extra fans for the apartment air circulation.
Owner had given us a heads up related to roaches/pests, which we saw a few in the kitchen and had been careful to keep our food items closed/or kept in fridge.
